Elizabeth Harris, the wife of James Harris, who passed thro on his way to Canada some three or 4 weeks ago from Dutch Neck, 4 miles below Delaware City, the slave of Wm. Bennett, a farmer 25 years of age, a common servant round the house.  Was married eight weeks ago next Thursday.  He was assisted in making his escape by one Jerry Brisco, a coloured man living in his vicinity, who also assisted Elizabeth.  He started 10 days ago today, and is now on her way to meet him in St. Catherine’s C. W.
