One of the last views of the original home of Columbia College at 40 Park Place before the move to 49th Street and Madison Avenue in 1857. As the inscription notes, the photograph has always been in Columbia hands.

Chelsea House

Residence of Clement Clarke Moore (CC 1798) on the south side of West 23rd Street. Chelsea House was the Clarke family estate. 

De Rham House

De Rham House, formerly the Brevoort Mansion, was located on Fifth Avenue and Ninth Street.

St. John's Park

These photographs seem to be all taken from the same house on what was then known as Hudson Square or St. John's Park. The photographs show views from a house on Hudson Street, on the westside of the Square, just above Hubert Street.
